Verify Your  Insurance Coverage

Each insurance policy is different in what it covers. We can look into the options available under your plan and see how much would be covered.

Keep in mind that no insurance will cover 100% of our VIP services, but getting some coverage can still be very helpful. Once completed we will contact your insurance provider to verify coverage. It takes a few days, but we will email you as soon as we hear back!
